Tender Title:	Piloting and Strengthening Adaptation Capacity to climate change in the Zarqa River Basin (Phase One).
Description:	The general objective of this consultation is to strengthen the Ministry of Environment (MoEnv) and the local capacities in climate change adaptation. It requires the consultant to design, supervise, monitor, and evaluate piloting climate change interventions in the Zarqa River Basin under the supervision of the Ministry of Environment and in cooperation with the Ministry of Water & Irrigation (MWI), the Zarqa Governorate, the World Conservation Union in Jordan IUCN, with assistance from the United Nations Development Programme Country Office in Jordan (UNDP CO) and transfer the experience and knowledge gained at the national and regional levels.
